NOTE: If there is a question that a certain item will be ready or not at Fair time, pre-enter anyway. Exhibits not removed during the stipulated removal time allotted by the Fair are the responsibility of the owner. The Fair cannot assure the well being of exhibits. Exhibits remaining after the allotted removal time will be considered abandoned and discarded.

Rules and Regulations
1. Major exhibits by organization should contribute to a better understanding of agriculture or agribusiness either through their educational value or their promotion of products.
2. The fair reserves the right to reject an exhibit not in good taste or not of merit in promoting agriculture or agribusiness.
3. Each organization must arrange for space with chairperson and with fair no later than July 29th. All material needed to make the booth and exhibit must be furnished by the organization. Table display recommended, but if using floor display, please provide security / roping.
4. The following scoring system will be used by the judges: Points

Conveys Message 30
Design 20
Workmanship 10
Originality 10
Total 100


5. Display must be 4 feet deep by 8 feet length.
